Partner program terms

You earn 30% of every payment a referred customer makes, for up to 12 months from their first payment. Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected — if the customer used a discount, commission follows the discounted amount.

We may raise your rate. We will not lower a rate you have already been given without your agreement, and any change applies only to commissions earned afterwards.

A click on your link is remembered for 60 days. If someone clicks several partner links, the most recent one before they subscribe earns the commission.

Referring yourself, or arranging for someone to subscribe on your behalf, is not permitted.

Commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer’s payment clears. This protects against refunds and chargebacks.

Payouts go out monthly, on the 1st, via PayPal or Wise. Balances under $50 roll over to the following month.

If a customer refunds or charges back, the related commission is reversed. If it was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout.

Content, reviews, tutorials, newsletters, social posts, courses and client resources are all welcome. Be honest — you must disclose that your link is a paid partnership, as consumer-protection rules in your country require.

Not permitted: coupon, voucher and deal sites; bidding on "KaizenCV" or close variants in paid search; unsolicited email or messaging; misrepresenting what the product does; or implying you speak for KaizenCV.

You are an independent partner, not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes.

If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU, invoice us without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism and include your VAT number. Businesses outside the EU should invoice without VAT.

Either of us can end this at any time. If you leave, you are paid any commission that has already cleared.

We may withhold commission and close an account for fraud, for breaching the promotion rules above, or for conduct that damages the product’s reputation.
