KaizenCV

14 templates · 5 free · every one exports selectable text

Same story. Different suit.

The words stay yours. The document changes to fit the room it's walking into — and every version still comes out as text a screening system can read.

KaizenCV offers 14 resume templates, all with a selectable text layer that applicant tracking systems can parse. 5 are free: Flux, Zenith, Apex, Onyx, and Nova. Templates differ by layout (single or two-column), header position, photo support, and page limit, and each page explains which roles and industries the design suits.

Layout before style

How to choose

The wrong template doesn't look bad. It gets read wrong — a sidebar interleaved into your job history, a heading the parser doesn't recognise, a strong candidate filtered out by a layout decision. So the question isn't which design you like. It's which sector you're walking into, and whether you know what software sits between you and a human.

Single-column — the most reliable for ATS

One column of text flows in exactly the order a parser reads it, so there is no ambiguity in any applicant tracking system, old or new. Choose these when you cannot find out what the employer uses.

Pick one. Your words move with you. Switch any time.

Content and template are separate, so changing the design never touches what you wrote. Keep a single-column version for unknown ATS portals and a two-column one for everything else.
